With its high content of essential fatty acids, Omega 3 and 6, this super oil acts as an anti-inflammatory. Omega 3 has cell regeneration properties and can help reduce damage caused by the sun. Press or massage a few drops of the raspberry seed oil onto cleansed skin. Feel free to use facial toner underneath, the oil helps bind the moisture in the skin.
